Crime– an unlawful act punishable by a state or other authority.

Gang a group of associates, friends or members of a family with a defined leadership and internal organization that identifies with or claims control over territory in a community and engages, either individually or collectively, in illegal, and possibly violent, behavior.

Public Housing a form of housing tenure in which the property is owned by a government authority, which may be central or local.

Unemployed adultsis the situation of actively looking for employment but not being currently employed.

Violence– the intentional use of physical force or power, threatened or actual, against oneself, another person, or against a group or community, which either results in or has a high likelihood of resulting in injury, death, psychological harm, maldevelopment, or deprivation.
